Biography

Nicholas Ninan, a senior associate with Interface Consulting, relies on his seven years of experience as an engineer, estimator, financial analyst, cost manager, and consultant to provide expert services and analysis on complex construction projects. Mr. Ninan has provided cost management services from pre-contract to closeout on projects ranging from several million to over $10 billion in value. His experience also includes managing procurement processes, evaluating claims, preparing and advising on budgets, and developing estimates, schedules, and cost reports for a variety of commercial and industrial facilities. Mr. Ninan leverages this expertise to quantify damages, analyze contractual and project documentation, and support clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process.
