Biography

Rodney Crawford specializes as a consultant and expert in the fields of forensic accounting, economic damages analysis in commercial disputes, automotive industry issues, and business valuation. He has worked extensively with the large US auto companies and both large and small automotive components suppliers for over 45 years and has served as financial advisor to bank groups and creditor committees in connection with financial restructuring of insolvent automotive suppliers and other corporate insolvency situations. Mr. Crawford has served as a financial expert in well over two hundred engagements involving testimony in deposition, trial, and alternative dispute resolution settings regarding auditing and accounting, commercial economics, financial and operational analysis, fraud investigation, determination of economic damages, and business valuation. He has also participated in hundreds of additional commercial dispute engagements in consulting and mediation roles or where resolution of the matter was achieved without expert testimony. Mr. Crawford has developed a specialty in assessing post-acquisition claims related to Representations and Warranties Insurance policies and has served as an arbitrator in post-acquisition disputes.
