Interface Consulting Sponsors ABA Forum on Construction Law 2023 Fall Meeting
Interface Consulting International, Inc., a construction expert services firm, is pleased to continue its Platinum sponsorship of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law at the 2023 Fall Meeting. This year’s event, “Navigating Government Construction,” will take place September 27-29 at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. Lisa Heard, Dennis Jasinski, and Karen Matthews will be attending on behalf of Interface.
The conference will cover an array of topics related to the world of government construction, beginning with a practicum that provides insight on the federal bid protest process from start to finish. Other sessions include “Adventures in Federal Construction: Traps for the Unwary,” “Navigating the Government Claims Process,” “ADR in Government Disputes,” and “Termination on Government Projects,” to name a few, and provide value for new and experienced attorneys alike.
As always, the program offers a selection of special events to experience the host city. On Thursday, guests and spouses will have the opportunity to explore Glenstone, a collection of post-World War II artwork. Attendees wishing to extend their visit to Washington, DC, can participate in a behind-the-scenes tour of the National Cathedral on Friday afternoon as well as a special bus tour of Washington’s most iconic monuments by moonlight that evening. Saturday morning features a walking tour of the Georgetown neighborhood, including Tudor Place.
