Interface Continues Friends Sponsorship of AAA Construction Conference

Interface Consulting International, Inc., a leading construction expert services firm, is pleased to continue its Friends level sponsorship of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Construction Conference. This year’s event will be held on June 9, 2022, at the New York Law School in New York City. Lisa Heard and Karen Matthews will attend on behalf of Interface.

“Effectively Preventing, Managing, and Presenting Construction Disputes in the ‘New Normal’” explores the increasingly complex construction industry as well as how to prevent disputes and implement creative resolution strategies when disputes do arise. A faculty of veteran counsel from across the country will analyze topics including “Client Perspectives in Construction Arbitration,” “Key Issues in Presenting Disruption and Delay Cases,” and “Don’t Get Lazy with Your Downstream Contracts,” among others, providing techniques to adapt dispute resolution strategies for the “new normal.” The day closes with an evening cocktail reception for all attendees.
