Interface Welcomes Michael Gunter, Yousef Safadi to Team
Interface Consulting International, Inc., a construction expert services firm, is pleased to announce the recent additions of principal consultant Michael T. Gunter, PE, EVP, and project consultant Yousef G. Safadi to its staff. As the construction and engineering industry continues to evolve, Interface Consulting remains dedicated to its nearly 40-year tradition of providing superior expert services by cultivating a team of consultants with both multidisciplined field experience and insight into the consulting process.

Mr. Gunter possesses over 35 years of oil and gas industry experience, particularly in the petroleum refining and midstream sectors, where he held executive leadership, project management, and engineering positions for two major United States owner operators. Mr. Gunter’s expertise includes all stages of project development; as a claims consultant and testifying expert, he analyzes technical issues, project costs, schedule delays, and project and construction management schedule of care on complex capital projects. Mr. Gunter holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Texas Tech University; additionally, he is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and recognized as an Earned Value Professional by AACE International.
Mr. Safadi holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and brings over five years of experience as a project engineer, assistant project manager, and consultant on matters across a variety of industry sectors. He has assisted owners by developing CPM schedules, preparing cost estimates, and undertaking project planning and control efforts. Mr. Safadi leverages this experience to evaluate scope of work requirements, construction contracts, and project management issues to assist with schedule delay analyses, quantify damages, and provide further support in the dispute resolution process.
