Interface Welcomes New Experts to Team
Interface Consulting, a B. Riley Company, is pleased to announce the recent additions of Nicholas Ninan, Charlie Miller, and Leslie Rucker, CSP, to its team of construction and engineering experts. As the industry continues to evolve, Interface Consulting remains committed to cultivating its primary resource of skilled consultants in different specialty areas to provide strategic solutions to clients’ challenges in claims, litigation, and arbitration matters around the world.

Mr. Ninan joins Interface as a project consultant with seven years of experience as an engineer, estimator, financial analyst, and cost manager. He has provided cost management services from pre-contract to closeout on projects ranging from several million to over $10 billion in value. Additionally, he has managed procurement processes, evaluated claims, and developed budgets, estimates, and schedules for a wide variety of commercial and industrial facilities. An Engineer in Training, Mr. Ninan holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Houston as well as an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Messrs. Miller and Rucker join Interface as senior associate consultants. Mr. Miller, a 45-year industry veteran, specializes in the management, development, and assessment of power systems. He possesses significant engineering and management experience on electrical systems in chlor-alkali facilities, ethanol facilities, and petroleum refineries. Mr. Rucker is a Certified Safety Professional and a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert with over 45 years of experience in the petroleum refining industry. His work includes HSE projects at petroleum refineries across the United States, Canada, and Wales.
